Deep Dish Pizza Recipe (Leutzsch Style)
Dough

- 400g flour
- 40g olive oil
- 8g salt
- 2.4g yeast
- 300g water
4 Pies
- 800g flour
- 80g olive oil
- 16g salt
- 4.8g yeast
- 600g water
Instructions
- mix dry yeast and flour
- add water and olive oil
- mix slightly and add salt
- refrigerate for 10 minutes and fold
- fold again every few hours
Sauce
Per pie:
- 1 can of tomatoes (400g)
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5g salt
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
